Clarity. Connections. Confidence.

Plot twists happen.
You choose what happens next.

I help women navigate unexpected life transitions
by turning confusion into clarity, while making connections to
the very best experts. So you choose your next step with confidence.

If you’re surrounded by smart people who want to help, but still feel unsure about what to do next, you’re in the right place.

When life reveals a plot twist, the emotional chaos can be disorienting and overwhelming. Sometimes confusion is inevitable and sometimes it’s engineered, by those who benefit from you not seeing clearly.

Confusion is the enemy. Clarity is your currency.

In a high-stakes plot twist, the person who is most informed, organized, and prepared gets the best outcome. Whether you’re navigating divorce, illness, sudden loss, financial upheaval, a child in crisis or anything in between: these transitions are often driven by finances, but you are driven by love for your people.

The small decisions you make in the fog of painful emotions are often the ones that shape everything that comes after. Getting clarity early gives you the agency to change your whole story, not just today. That’s why you need a seasoned strategist; a kindhearted mastermind, who simply refuses to allow you to be outmaneuvered as she guides you, all the way through.

That’s what I do.

Not every move is a loud one. Sometimes the strongest play is quiet patience and preparation.

As someone who learned that the hard way, I’m here to listen, and believe you.

I will hold the whole picture with you. I am not shocked by the storm or afraid of the journey, because I know the way through. I help you translate the swirling emotions of your story into the data points your experts need to actually fight for you. So you keep the resources you need to take care of yourself and keep loving your people well.

I have lived through the emotional overwhelm and the engineered confusion. In my own high-stakes plot twists, I sat across from professionals that I trusted but felt like they did not believe me. It took someone wise pulling me aside to say the thing that changed everything:

“This is not about you falling apart, it is about the noise being loud and confusing enough that you cannot see clearly. Your team, no matter how good they are, cannot defend you based on your feelings. They need data.”

That is the work I do now.

I sit beside you. I hold your whole story, and I believe you. Then we translate everything you are carrying into the precise data each professional needs to do their best work, in less time, for less money, with fewer things slipping through the cracks. You stay the hero of your own story and in control of your own life. I simply help you build the bridge between the story you are living and the clarity your experts need, to fight for you.

Efficiency is my love language, and unapologetic hope is my deepest conviction. The kind of hope that does not wait for good circumstances and does not ask permission. Because no matter how tangled it looks right now, together, everything is figureoutable.

I offer private, discreet guidance for women in transition. Quiet preparation before a storm. Steady navigation through the hardest season. Or simply getting your whole life organized while the water is calm, so you’re ready for what’s next, with connections to the very best experts all along the way.

If you are surrounded by people who want to help, but still feel alone in the middle of it, let’s talk.

You can do this. It begins with one step, a free call.

How it works:
a glimpse of featured engagements

under the radar

Quiet Considerations

If you sense your life is heading into deep waters, this is how you navigate before the storm hits.

Before you make any decisions – get clear, get prepared, get ahead.

A private, discreet engagement for the woman who knows something is coming but isn’t ready to say it out loud, even to herself. You share, I listen. We work quietly and completely, getting you clear on what matters most, strategically prepared for what’s ahead, and steady no matter what comes next. Before you make any decisions.

Get clear. Get prepared. Get ahead.

  • Who it’s for: The woman quietly wondering if she needs to make a major change, and terrified of making the wrong move.
  • Where: Completely private and discreet. Your choice; in person at my private Guest House, another location of your choosing, or together over Zoom, whatever keeps you most comfortable.
  • How long: A focused engagement in the season before everything changes, in a deep-dive session led by your pace (usually about 2 hours).
  • What we do: Get clear on what matters most, look honestly at what’s ahead, and quietly prepare; everything an attorney or another advisor will be thrilled you’ve already done.
  • What you leave with: A clear, private plan for what to do next, who to bring in, and when. Plus the exhale of knowing you’re no longer holding this alone.
  • You’ll also get private access to me between sessions for the questions that can’t wait, within clearly defined parameters.

You’ve decided. Now let’s Map it.

The Wayfinding Intensive

When you know change is coming and you’re ready to move, you don’t need more opinions.

You need a map.

In one focused intensive, we lay out the true reality of your situation and build a clear, sequenced plan so you finally know your own way. What to do first, second, and third. I hold the whole picture with you, and connect you with the seasoned experts you need for each turn. I’ll be the calm voice behind the scenes guiding you toward what matters most to you, all along the way.

The clearer you stay, the less you’ll spend, the better your outcomes, and the sooner you are on your own way.

  • Who it’s for: The woman who’s decided on a change or finds herself in an unexpected transition. She needs a clear plan and the right people in the right order.
  • Where: Your choice; in person at my private Guest House, another location of your choosing, or together over Zoom, whatever keeps you most comfortable.
  • How long: One focused intensive (about 4 to 5 hours with breaks), plus a follow-up call to check-in.
  • What we do: A deep-dive assessment of your whole situation, clarity work on what you truly want (and what the other party wants, so we understand leverage), and a map of what to do next.
  • Who to hire and when: A pre-mapped list of questions for your current experts, additional guidance on who to consider hiring next.
  • What you leave with: A prioritized action plan, connections to the right people, and a clear strategy for the path forward.
  • You’ll also get private access to me between sessions for additional referral connections and the questions that can’t wait.

Clarity & organization

“Love Drawer” Private Session

If the waters are calm, now is the perfect time to get your ship in order.

Together, we map everything that matters; your finances, documents, wishes, relationships, and access, so the people you love could navigate without you if they had to, and so YOU can move forward with complete clarity and zero loose ends.

No decisions required, nothing to declare. Just you, getting your life in order.

  • Who it’s for: The woman who wants her whole life organized and clear, whether for peace of mind, or because she senses she may need it.
  • Where: Your choice; in person at my private Guest House, another location of your choosing, or together over Zoom.
  • Time commitment: A focused half-day session (about 4–5 hours), or a do-it-yourself option with my template and walkthrough.
  • What we do: Build your private “Love Drawer” digital system, map what exists and what’s missing, and flag the gaps you’ve been avoiding.
  • You leave with: A complete digital reference for your whole life; finances, documents, access, and contacts plus a prioritized list of what to handle next, in order.
  • What you get from me: A get-started worksheet in advance and clear next-step guidance after.
  • Want to do this with others? Ask about booking it as a small workshop with friends or family.

Rare, extended engagement

Private Advisory

For the situations that require more than a single engagement.

A bespoke retainer for longer-term navigation through an extended, high-stakes transition, offered only after a previous engagement establishes fit, because this level of work requires deep trust and complete context. I hold the whole picture across every lane of your life, coordinate with your existing team of professionals and/or connect you with new ones and stay fiercely in your corner at every major plot turn.

  • Who it’s for: The woman in an extended, complex transition who wants one trusted guide beside her the whole way.
  • Where: Fully tailored to you, with ongoing Zoom, phone, and in-person sessions as your situation develops.
  • How long: A custom 3 to 6 month retainer, shaped to your situation.
  • What we do: I hold the full picture across all lanes, coordinate with your professionals, and provide strategic decision support every step of the way.
  • What you get: A steady hand through the hardest season, and decisions made with clarity instead of fear.
  • Access is discreet, confidential, high-touch. We define access together at the start.
  • Offered by Invitation only: after a Wayfinding Intensive or Quiet Considerations engagement.

Secluded Getaway (Overnight Stays)

Private Guest House Retreat

When the work requires a change of scenery; escape to a beautifully appointed private casita suite, adjacent to a peaceful courtyard under string lights, steps from the main house where we can hold sessions and share meals.

The Guest House is available (additional fee) to host women during a Private Wayfinding Intensive, Quiet Considerations Session, Love Drawer Session/Workshops or Custom Private Advisory sessions.

  • The space: A fully independent suite with a king bed, hotel-quality linens, blackout curtains, a comfortable sitting area, and a stocked kitchen, so you feel at home, not at a hotel.
  • Calm by design: A beautifully appointed space on a quiet, tree-lined cul-de-sac where you can finally exhale and think clearly.
  • Courtyard under the string lights: Space to decompress, pray, or have a glass of wine or tea after a hard day’s work.
  • Your soft place to land: Move between the Guest House, my main house, and the courtyard for sessions, shared meals, and spacious breaks. Retreat each evening to your own private space to rest and integrate, no performing required.
  • Come together if you’d like: Bring a sister, best friend, or adult daughter, share the Guest House, and we’ll plan our sessions to honor both your relationship and your individual work.
  • The details: Frisco, Texas, with the exact address shared upon booking. One to two women per retreat, typically one to two nights, with light breakfast and snacks provided and meals arranged to fit your preferences.
  • A small reassurance: You’ll never manage logistics or small talk here. My job is to hold the whole container so you can focus on what truly matters.

Meet the Navigator

I’m Crystal

I guide women through everything from quiet considerations to high-stakes life transitions; divorce, sudden widowhood, custody battles, family upheaval, legacy decisions, and the private crises that don’t fit neatly into any single professional’s lane.

What makes me different isn’t a credential; it’s that I’ve lived through navigating these waters myself. From hospitals, courtrooms, treatment centers, parenting through all stages, parenting alone, doubling down on faith (while losing my “religion”), the intersection of love, money, and grief in a high-net-worth/high ego divorce, and the specific reckoning of losing almost everything I’d built and choosing to rebuild anyway. I survived on faith, strategy, and tenacity, believing clarity was my currency. I piecemealed it all together and figured it out the long, hard way.

What I’ve learned is that in the midst of a plot twist, what you need most is clarity, confidence, the right connections and a clear plan that translates your story into data that your professionals can use. That’s why I work with a small number of women to help you map out what’s most important, what to do first, who to hire, and when.

My deepest conviction, the one that has survived every courtroom, every loss, every season of rebuilding, is unapologetic hope. The kind that doesn’t require good circumstances. Doesn’t ask permission. Doesn’t apologize for believing that you will come out the other side stronger, more healed, more confident, and whole.

I am more clear than ever of the work that is mine to do in the world and I am fiercely in your corner. If you’re anticipating a change on the horizon, you’re already firmly inside an unexpected plot twist, or you love someone who is, I’d be honored to talk with you to help you navigate your way through. Your story matters so much. Let’s make sure your next step is the best one for you.

Together, everything is figureoutable.

-Crystal

“Crystal creates such a safe space.”

Crystal is an incredibly optimistic, positive, glass-half-full person. It doesn’t matter what life situation is in front of her, she’s going to find the positive. She’s going to radiate joy and sunshine. It just exudes from her, even when she thinks it doesn’t. She’s the most inclusive human I have ever met, and I am a Chief Human Resource Officer at a large global corporation of over 350,000 people. I deal with inclusivity and external experts for a living. But if you put her in any of her work settings . . .

I’ve been to conferences with her. I’ve done a private workshop in her home, a company paid event. She’s going to circle that room and get to know every single person, find the good in them, and include them in whatever it is. Her ability to help each person feel valued, see their worth, and see their contribution is incredible. She does that wherever she goes because she’s that person as a human. When you look at her on a stage, leading a private workshop in her home, or a rented venue with a whole company there, that inclusive component of her making everybody feel valued is incredible. But she’s also going to take you from where you are to where you need to be. She won’t let you stay stuck.

Crystal creates such a safe space. In your most vulnerable moments, you know you are in a safe space where there’s no judgment, no fear that what you say is going to be taken outside of that space.

You can let your guard down. You can have these truthful and hard conversations, but she’s not going to let you leave the way you came in. You’re going to leave better because she helps you see the reality that you’ve got it within you to make the leap that you need to make, whatever that is.

Crystal is FUN. This is not a skill set I have. I’m a serious businesswoman all the time, and I envy her for it. People have fun when they are with her. It’s that joy radiation. But she’s also brave and courageous enough to do things other people may not. She’s got this element of fearless fun in her that pushes people to have memorable experiences they would not otherwise have, to go out on that limb and do the thing.

Every fiber of her being cares about you. She gives people confidence to go do hard things, do uncomfortable things, and urges them on with “you’ve got this, you can do it.”

Even when she was going through a divorce, she didn’t get caught up in all the chaos of the day. When you’re with her, you leave grounded in the things that are most important. She’s super grounded and it reminds us all that this too shall pass, and it’s going to be okay. She has a secret sauce that pulls you out of getting caught up in all the crazy and brings you back to your “why” and the things that matter most.

What Crystal brings to the table is that she’s going to sit down with you in the beginning, and you’re going to have a very deliberate, intentional conversation about what you’re trying to accomplish. What does success look like? Then she’s going to tailor your experience with purpose and meaning to get the outcome you want, and you’re going to have connections with all the right people.

The intentionality behind everything she does leaves you with this feeling that the world is a good place. There are good people doing good things. There’s hope for the future, hope for society, and hope for my life. I leave time with Crystal with this kind of newfound courage and hope for the future and for my life.

– Lisa K

I don’t know anyone who at their core, and on the surface, is more genuine than Crystal.

She’s incredibly insightful, so good at understanding people and determining what it is that they may need. She’s a fantastic listener, it comes naturally to her, almost like that’s what she was placed on this earth to do; to listen and then determine how she can help that person. She has always offered women space, a safe space to share and be vulnerable.

Despite all she has gone through, her soul has remained committed to doing everything she can do for other people. In any trial, she is always thinking about what she can learn to help others who will come behind her. Through it all, she’s been determined to learn what each experience would teach her that she could then offer the world. And I don’t know that I’ve ever met anyone else like that.

– Lauren S.

“Crystal is a connector of people, in every possible sense of the word.”

if you need anything, Crystal knows everyone, and she’s amazing at creating connections. She’s incredibly, incredibly kind. She is the type of person that lights up a room when she walks in, she just radiates kindness. She’s a woman’s woman. She champions other women so incredibly well. She does not have a jealous bone in her body. She’s just one of those women that you’re never going to catch wasting her time on gossip, she’s always going to be lifting other women up and supporting them.
She’s also really, really good at getting people to go deep. This was such a crucial thing for my team in our leadership retreat, to help us get to know each other on a deeper level. It really strengthened our bonds so that we understood each other’s perspectives, strengths, and weaknesses better. She really brings that out in people. She brings that holistic approach to everything she does. The environments she creates help people feel comfortable with being vulnerable and yet somehow, she always makes it feel fun.
She’s got a great big personality. She’s very extroverted and talkative, but she also really knows how to listen, observe, be non-judgmental, provide support and advocate. Like she’s like that great combination of holding space and also being that girl that’s going to fiercely advocate for you when you need it. That’s definitely one of her superpowers.

– Alison L.
